Tariffs 2024

The Sky Lounge (ca. 80 chairs) is reserved for exhibitor lectures. This room also offers a view of Hall 1 and is accessible from that hall via a staircase.

• 10:30-11:30 € 325.00
• 11:30-14:30 € 390.00 per hour
• 15:30-16:30 € 325.00

Please note!

• The tariffs per hour include IT and audio-visual facilities (laptops, beamer, sound and projection screen).
• All prices are excluding VAT.
• The net time for a presentation is 45 minutes*.
• The presentations start on the half hour: 
  
  10.30 - 11.30 slot 1
  11.30 - 12.30 slot 2
  12.30 - 13.30 slot 3
  13.30 - 14.30 slot 4
  14.30 - 15.30 slot 5
  15.30 - 16.30 slot 6

*You have three quarters of an hour for a lecture or presentation. The remaining 15 minutes are for switching audience and speaker and preparing the next program.
