New edition Fiets en Wandelbeurs in 2025

On 1 and 2 March 2025, Flanders Expo in Ghent will again be the setting for the Fiets en Wandelbeurs Belgium. After the successful edition in 2024 with 14,786 visitors, we are looking forward to the upcoming event. Another excellent opportunity to reach a genuinely interested cycling and walking audience.

Trip down memory lane

The Fiets en Wandelbeurs in Belgium will have its twelfth edition. We like to travel back in time with our visitors. What was it like to travel in the internet-free era, without the help of Google Maps, WhatsApp, GPS and AI? We will focus on this theme in a number of lectures and special promotions. 

E-bike Challenge

The combination of the Fiets en Wandelbeurs with the E-bike Challenge has proven to be a golden marriage. Of course we will continue this marriage in 2025. Fiets en Wandelbeurs visitors are also interested in electric bicycles, and Challenge visitors are also interested in cycling destinations, cycling clothing and accessories and lectures. Both events reinforce each other and this leads to multiple target groups visiting your stand. 

Familiar concept

Together with our partners, we present an extensive program with information markets and more than 100 lectures. The mix of commercial offerings with independent information has been successful in recent years. Our visitors also indicate this and rate the event particularly well in our surveys. We received an 8 or higher from 71% of respondents, and 11% even gave a 10. 

Face to face

Especially in a time of increasing digitalization and the use of AI, there is a need for human contact. Face-to-face advice and explanation; many cyclists and walkers appreciate this. It is a powerful and effective form of communication. And the Fiets en Wandelbeurs offers a wonderful platform for this. A lot of information can be found on the internet, but a personal conversation creates the ideal conditions to convince potential customers.
