Personal contact with the target group is our speciality at Hicle Events. Our visitors come to the event with a clear purpose: to get information and experience about e-bikes, outdoor material, bicycles, routes and destinations. They ask questions and expect expertise answers. A personal conversation is the best way to explain the benefits of your product and persuade the customer.

We will create an optimal environment to exceed your expectations. A live event is also the best opportunity to reach out to your own clienttell and have one on one contact. 

Great scores for the last editions of Hicle Events

We have processed the visitors survey for the Fiets en Wandelbeurs, E-bike Challenge and E-bike Xperience 2023. What we suspected became the truth. Our 2023 editions scored really well; the visitors gave us a 7,8 or higher. In the survey it stated that the visitors also visit the 'neighbours', the event that takes place simultaneously. So the visitor count is the same for both the events. You can find all the important data, like the test rides, how many vacations they take, age, budget etc. in our fact sheets.

New: IBTC is now bike and hike

Our IBTC conference will now also focus on hiking tourism next to cycling tourism. This is why we changed the name to International Bike & hike Tourism Conference. The next edition of the IBTC will take place on Wednesday the 21st of February 2024 in Jaarbeurs Utrecht, before the Fiets en Wandelbeurs takes place on 23, 24 and 24 February. Save the date! We hope to see and talk to many exhibitors and relations live again.

Our jury is on the road

The submission deadline for the Hicle Cycle Route of the Year 2024 is already passed. The jury members will now test out the most promising routes these upcoming months. They will travel thousands of kilometers in Europe. The future nominees can count on many publicity in the media later this year. At the Fiets en Wandelbeurs in Utrecht we will announce the winner.
