Large test courses

E-bike Challenge is the only large-scale event in Belgium with large indoor test courses for e-bikes and speed pedelecs. Potential e-bike buyers are given plenty of space in Flanders Expo! We recorded almost 14,000 test rides in the previous edition. 76% of the visitors indicated that they would like to buy an electric bicycle for recreation or commuting within a year.

Safe event

The item 'safety' is our top priority for our events in 2021. Safety for our visitors, exhibitors, the many volunteers and the organization team. We integrate the corona guidelines of the government and the protocols of the accommodation into a safety plan. By using time slots for visitors, we avoid crowds at the entrance areas and in the aisles. Keeping a distance of 1.5 meters is the norm and this can be easily achieved in Flanders Expo. There are also extensive measures in the field of hygiene. Furthermore, all common stand types can be realized. And also with time slots, possibly in combination with extended opening hours, we can receive the visitor numbers of the past years.

Cancellation policy

In order to limit the risks for the exhibitors, we have adjusted the cancellation conditions. If the event is canceled due to corona, you will be refunded the amount already paid minus - proportionally - the costs incurred by the exhibition organization. Advantage for early birds

Quick decision makers benefit from a 10% discount on the floor space if they register before October 1st, 2020. The discount is only for the rent of the floor space, not including costs for stand construction, furniture, electricity, etc.

In 2021 we will once again work together with the Fiets en Wandelbeurs and Mount Expo. With a ticket for one event, you can also visit the other two. These fairs are thematically well matched and ensure a lively exchange. This will also bring new target groups to your stand who have a latent or concrete interest in electric bicycles.
